We here at Rooted 2 Rise recognize the importance of Mental health, self-expression and the
importance of creating conversation and promoting awareness. But we wanted to take it a step
further. We feel passionate that health of our minds and the health of our planet are inherently

that would not only inspire others, but ignite meaningful conversations around these important
